The trunk discharging machine is developed on the basis of international advanced technology high intensity wires after continuous drawing.
It can realize discharging without shutdown the drawing machine to improve the efficiency of continous drawing machine and reduce consumption of wires.
Compared with Chinese common trunk discharging machine, it has an additional calibration module that the straightness of steel wire is improved.
Its capstan applies water cooling + ari cooling. Water cooling for calibration module can improve the quality of steel wire.
It is especially suitable for the discharging after the drawing of high intensity steel wire.
